Our goal

We want everyone to be able to use Cloute. We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA across this website, the Cloute dashboard, and the pages a customer sees when they leave feedback or a review.

In practice that means semantic markup, full keyboard navigation, color contrast that meets AA ratios, text alternatives for images, labels on every form field and control, and a visible focus indicator on everything you can tab to.

Motion

This website uses scroll animation. If your device is set to reduce motion, every animation is switched off and the same content is shown as plain, static sections. Nothing on the site depends on animation to be read.

Phone calls

Some Cloute services speak with people by phone. A person who cannot or would rather not use the phone can always reach the business directly, and can reach us at the address below.

Report a problem

If something on cloute.ai, app.cloute.ai or any Cloute-powered page got in your way, please tell us. Email luke@cloute.ai with the subject line "Accessibility issue" and include:

• What you were trying to do
• The page address, and the device or assistive technology you were using
• What went wrong

We reply within 5 business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will tell you when to expect it.

Where we stand

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA and test with VoiceOver and keyboard-only navigation. We do not claim full conformance yet. Areas we are still improving include contrast on small chart labels in the dashboard and screen reader announcements when content finishes loading.
